Our partnership with Janaadhar targets India s affordable housing deficit of 11 million houses, translating as a market of 50 million unserved people in need of quality affordable homes. Janaadhar plans to introduce precast technology, which will allow for lower costs, higher quality construction with greater efficiency. This will be the first time this technology has been used for affordable homes in India. To date, Janaadhar has successfully delivered 1,500 homes across Karnataka and Gujarat.
