Since we were founded by housing associations and housing professionals in 1987, we have relied on the continued support of the UK housing sector.

UK Housing Sector

With strong links and collaborative processes in place with the UK Housing Sector, Reall has been able to rely on support that helps equip independent, mission-driven institutions with the capacity to establish and sustain vibrant low-income neighbourhoods in perpetuity.

At present, more than one hundred organisations linked to the UK Housing Sector work with Reall to create and invigorate the development of well-functioning communities and true opportunities for all.

Investing in real change

Reall is continuing to transform from a traditional development charity dependent on donations, to a dynamic and innovative social enterprise based on inward investment. This will ensure that our work to develop a social housing sector in Africa and Asia will become self-financing and a truly sustainable solution to the global housing deficit.

As part of this transformation Reall has launched the Reall 2016 Bond. For further information about the Bond and how you can invest please contact or fill out the form below.

We’re always on the lookout for inspiring people who challenge convention. If doing brilliant work that makes a real difference is important to you, get in touch with us.

Work with us

We are always interested to hear from consultants who have great ideas and want to work with us. If this is you, please get in touch.

As well as providing you with the opportunity to gain work experience and develop indispensable skills, our internships provide a valuable insight into the way an international development organisation operates as well as having a genuine impact on our work to transform the lives of the urban poor in Africa and Asia.

You will be based in one of our departments at our office in Coventry. Please contact us using the form below to submit more information about yourself and why you would like to intern with us.

As we are a small organisation and we work with partner organisations rather than international branches, our capacity to use volunteers is limited. When an opportunity for a volunteer arises it will be advertised here.
