The Role

Reall is looking for an exceptional leader, collaborator, and facilitator to join its growing team in the role of Business Performance Manager.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this key role needs an adaptable and organised individual to bring innovation and impact to Reall’s Annual Operating Plan, leading on organisational integration, and working closely and strategically with the Leadership and Executive Teams, as well as with colleagues across the organisation, to raise performance standards and improve the management of business processes.

In addition, this role will also lead on the design and implementation of key strategic internal meetings, events, and away days, manage communication and engagement with colleagues, and drive efficiency across the organisation.
