“There is currently a housing deficit of 50 million in Africa. Reall’s affordable housing model and brokering work can help to solve the urbanisation crisis.
Our Nigeria project built 1-bedroom, 32sqm homes with a sales price of $8,040, complete with land and services. In Mozambique, we’ve developed resilient and affordable homes that withstood the devastation of Cyclone Idai with minimal damage.
For the first time in Mozambique, Reall were able to broker commercial mortgage finance for people on low incomes.
