Located in Nairobi, this project is spread across a five-acre parcel of land, building 111 homes complete with water and sanitation services. It is located next to the Three Heights site, which operates as the second phase of the Kangundo Road development.
These two phases located next to each other allows for a neighbourhood to develop and encourages a community to grow. The new homeowners were advanced with micro-mortgage loans by NACHU, to be paid back over 5 or 10 years, which provided them with the housing finance necessary to purchase the new homes.
